What are the pickup procedures?
Pickups will be done by an Executive from out logistics partner between 10 am - 8 pm on the scheduled date.

At the time of pickup please ask FE to scan the product in front of you on his device.
Pickup receipt will not be given by the executive.
You can write the shipping AWB number and Elanic order ID on a paper and take the sign of executive if proof of pickup is required.
