To return a product that is either ‘Damaged’, ‘Defective’ or ‘Not as Described’, just place a request for it on the app and then email us a picture of the damaged product within 48 working hours, else the case will be closed.
You can place a return request by following these simple steps below:
Step 1: Go to your “Track Orders” page from the side menu.
Step 2: Find your order with order ID, select the menu option for your order and tap on the Return button. Please note that this option is only there till 48 hours after you receive your item.
Step 3: Select a Reason for Return and add additional remarks (if applicable)
Step 4: Submit the Return Request.
Step 5: Pickup will be scheduled within 2 days of return request in case additional information is not required by Elanic Team. Note: We can only pick up the product from the delivery address.
Step 6: Hand over the product in original packaging to the Return Pickup personnel.
Step 7: Once we receive the package, we will inspect the product as per the return request. Your money will be credited back to you as Elanic credits once the product passes the return inspection.
Important:Please ensure that the product is in an unused and original condition. Include everything from the package you'd received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, and accessories.

In the case of Refunds, the amount paid by you, excluding shipping, is given back.
We strive to ease the pickup process for you in the case of returns. In the rare scenario where a pickup cannot be done in certain areas, you can ship the product through any other courier. You will be reimbursed the shipping charges against the original receipt.
