What are the pickup procedures?

            • Pickups will be done by an Executive from out logistics partner between 10 am - 8 pm on the scheduled date.
            • For any pickup related issues please mail at reach@elanic.in or call us at 9108481021.
            • At the time of pickup please ask FE to scan the product in front of you on his device.
            • Pickup receipt will not be given by the executive.
            • You can write the shipping AWB number and Elanic order ID on a paper and take the sign of executive if proof of pickup is required.
