When are Refunds Provided?

            Refunds are processed within 3-5 working days from when the returned product is received by Elanic inspection team. Please note, the pickup time may vary depending on the pickup location.

            Important: The delivery charges will be refunded only if the product is "Damaged", "Defective", "Not As Described". Else you will only receive the refund of the product value.
